Rob has spent most of his two-decade banking career with F&M Bank. He’s honored to be a Senior Relationship Banking Manager because he has the opportunity to build a successful team of F&M Bankers who are passionate about serving the community. He finds the most rewarding part of his role to be helping individuals and business owners through the various stages of their lives. Working for F&M Bank has allowed Rob to develop relationships with so many people in the community, and he loves being a small part of their successes. A lifelong Rowan County resident, Rob serves on the Rowan County Meals on Wheels Board, Granite Quarry Revitalization Committee and Rowan County Chamber Membership Drive. Because of his deep commitment to the community, Rob was honored in 2019 with the F&M Bank Charles D. Barringer Community Service Award. Rob dedicates his free time to his family, enjoying their company and cheering on his daughter at her soccer games.
