Yolanda Martinez enjoys the daily mix of problem solving and relationship building that comes with helping clients meet their financial needs. A graduate of Catawba College with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Finance, she brings strong analytical skills to her role while focusing on creating positive experiences for the people she serves. Yolanda has been with F&M Bank for several years and was honored with the Daisy Fink Award in 2024 for her commitment to service. A Rowan County resident for more than 30 years, she has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Rowan Helping Ministries, the Salvation Army and community events organized by the Town of Granite Quarry. Outside of work, Yolanda enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
