A Double Stroke of Genius at the Dragon Boat Festival

F&M Bank returned as a Silver Sponsor of the 12th Annual Rowan County Dragon Boat Festival, where the bank's team, Strokes of Genius, brought home a silver medal in their division. The festival brought teams together at High Rock Lake for a day of friendly competition and community spirit.

The good news didn't stop at the finish line! F&M Bank was also named the recipient of the 2026 Novant Health Workplace Wellness Award, presented by Gary Blabon, President of Novant Health Rowan Medical Center, to F&M Bank Chairman & CEO Steve Fisher. The award recognizes companies that build a genuine culture of wellness, supporting employees' physical, emotional, financial, and professional wellbeing.
