Full-Time Electronic Deposit Services Specialist

Location:

Operations Center

Granite Quarry, NC


We are seeking a potential team member for a Full-Time Electronic Deposit Services Specialist to work as part of the Deposit Services team, located in the Operations Center in Granite Quarry.


Primary job duties include:

  • Assist internal and external customers with online banking, mobile banking and telebanking user support
  • Review and setup online banking, mobile deposit, e-statement, and debit card applications
  • Verify & process ATM deposits
  • Print debit card requests in CardWizard, verify all information, prepare for mailing
  • Create and maintain documentation for procedures for all new and existing products
  • Balance general ledger accounts
  • Perform other daily, weekly and monthly tasks
  • Cross-train on all duties of the department as time allows

Your ability to meet these qualifications can be demonstrated through work experience with a proven record of success. Prior banking experience (either retail or support) is required and must have strong computer skills and a desire to work with Microsoft Excel.

 

Other skills needed to be successful include:

 

  • Team player on a small departmental team
  • Quality control and excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
  • Knowledge and experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Strong organizational, time-management, written and oral communication skills
  • Sound analytical thinking and the ability to balance different types of accounts
  • Proficient computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to prioritize duties and work independently, as needed
  • Flexibility in work assignments
  • Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Dependable and dedicated

We are seeking potential team members for teller positions on a full-time and part-time basis and to initially join our Special Teams area.

Your ability to meet these qualifications can be demonstrated through relevant work experience with a proven record of success. Prior bank teller experience is preferred, but not essential. Established and significant retail sales experience is also helpful and prior cash handling experience is required.
