*** Monthly Service Charge can be avoided by choosing one of the following options: the fee can be reduced by household debit or credit usage as you receive a monetary credit every time you swipe your card until your fee is $0 or you can avoid the fee with a minimum average balance of $5,000 in the Power checking account or combined balances of $7,500 in checking, savings, or money market accounts. Customers must select which method they want to use to avoid the fee at the time of account opening. Customers can change the method selected as needed, but must choose one or the other. Both options cannot be selected simultaneously.

**** Monthly Service Charge can be avoided by maintaining an average balance of $10,000 in the checking account.
