Email Alerts
Alerts are sent to your email or displayed when you log into Online Banking, based on your alert preferences. For your protection, only the last three numbers of your account number along with the suffix will be displayed in the alert message.If you have alerts set up on multiple accounts, you will receive one email containing all your balances - not multiple messages to clutter your inbox!
To set up an alert, log on to Online Banking, select the "options" tab, select alerts and then select each alert type to set up.
- Current Event Alert - Receive a message for specific events such as Insuffient funds, receiving wires, ACH events, statements or notices, maturing CDs, bill payments paid, etc.
- Balance Limit Alert - Receive an alert when your balance goes above or below the amount you have specified. If you have alerts set up on multiple accounts, you will receive a message for each account.
- Item Alert - Receive an alert when a specific item such as a check has cleared. i
- Personal Alert - Create your own personal alert to remind you of birthdays, appointments, a payment needed etc.
